Okay you all knew this was coming (or maybe you didn’t), but this is a blog post I just wrote. My official farewell to Envy on the Coast. It’s pretty long, kind of messy, and I know few (read: none) of you are interested, but I might as well post it somewhere.

about to leave for the farewell envy on the coast show. i had some really amazing times because of this band. sad to say goodbye

Brian and I hadn’t spoken all day after having quite possibly one of the most frightening altercations I had ever had with him…for both of us. We got past all of it in time, and as always, came out stronger. I think you can hear the tension in this. It’s by far my favorite recorded version of the song.

I am so saddened by the news of their breakup I hardly even know what to do with myself at this point.
